We stay until we have completed our work completely which sometimes takes extra time depending on the building conditions, and we will come back free of charge to inspect anything that was not operating and/or available at the time of the original inspection. You, the client, are paying a large sum for your purchase and deserve all the time you need without being rushed to do the inspection. We also recommend that your representative and/or seller's representative expect to spend some time while they are at the inspection which would be in your best interest. Home sellers are required to give you the complete amount of time you need to find out the conditions of what you're purchasing for your hard earned dollar.

Experienced Inspectors

At Goodspeed Technologies, L.L.C., we put our years of experience to work for you. Senior Field Inspector David E. Hacker, Sr. alone has 31 years of inspection experience in most areas of the inspection industry including major construction focused on property inspections, while having completed the approved property inspection schools. He went back to school and graduated from Somerset County Technical Institute technical college in Construction Technology in 1996 specifically to have a larger knowledge base and resources to call upon.

Since it's important that potential and existing problems are identified upfront in the buying process, we take our time and ensure that your property is inspected thoroughly. The inspection report will feature the components of your property that are up to, or below par with accepted standards. The report will also reflect required/recommended rectification of the problem(s) as well as general maintenance that can be done to keep the property valuable and in good shape. We will show you how to take care of the property and equipment that you are purchasing to the best of our abilities. Sort of a mini-seminar if you will, during the course of the inspection.

We welcome buyers with trade experiences as we all can learn more from each other, which in turn benefits us all. None of us would go very far without learning from the knowledge of others. We don't know everything, but each day we all learn a little more from the contributions of knowledge and experiences we can share.

Pricing Policy

All inspections include in the price The Inspection, the Wood-Destroying Insect NPMA-33 report, and the radon testing. Radon and the Wood-Destroying Insect inspection and reports are also available separately. The costs associated with your purchase are far greater for your representative agents and Attorneys than it is for the Inspector who provides most of the physical/informational work needed for the purchase, thus the inspection fees really are a bargain.

We work hard to keep our costs down. We are not the lowest priced, nor the highest priced around. We believe our prices are fair and reasonable; therefore we do not practice the art of negotiating price. We work hard at this for a living and we do a job that is more than worth the money we're paid. We will always give you the best service that we possibly can irregardless of the fact that we are normal flawed human beings.
