If anyone is looking for a home inspector I highly recommend Gary Martin. He is an amazing and very thorough inspector. He saved us from from a potentially very hazards situation. While checking the sub pump he discovered oil in it and advised us to do further testing (most inspector do not check sub pumps). Once we received the tests we found out the the water was contaminated with dangerous levels heating oil. Luckily we were able to back out of the purchase. We will defiantly use him when we find our next home!
